Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily activities and support team members.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Communicate job and business-related information to candidates or clients.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Maintain daily reports and basic office records.
- Assist with team training and coordination.
- Support team leaders in daily operations.
- Ensure effective communication and time management.
- Follow up with candidates and maintain proper records.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (Tamil preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Team coordination and leadership abilities.
