Non-IT Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for clients across APAC, Gulf, and Middle East markets. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, client coordination, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and achieve timely closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for non-IT positions, from sourcing to joining.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other job portals.
- Screen candidates based on experience, skills, communication, salary expectations, and notice period.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and clients.
- Handle client communication and provide timely recruitment updates.
- Negotiate salary packages, coordinate offers, and follow up until successful joining.
- Manage multiple job openings while meeting recruitment deadlines.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers,



and hiring reports.
- Support international recruitment requirements across APAC, Gulf, and Middle East regions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 4–6 years of experience in non-IT recruitment.
- Robust knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Good candidate screening, client handling, and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.
- International recruitment experience is preferred.
