Job Summary

We are looking for an SEO Outreach & Content Specialist to improve website authority, search engine rankings, organic traffic, and brand visibility. The primary responsibility is off-page SEO, link-building outreach, and backlink acquisition, supported by content writing, on-page SEO, and technical SEO for websites built using Next.js and React.

The candidate should be skilled in identifying relevant websites, building relationships with publishers and industry websites, securing quality backlinks, creating SEO-friendly content, and coordinating with developers to resolve technical SEO issues.

Key Responsibilities

1. Off-Page SEO & Outreach — Primary Responsibility

- Plan and execute off-page SEO and link-building strategies to improve domain authority and organic rankings.
- Identify relevant, high-quality websites, industry publications, blogs, directories, and business platforms for backlink opportunities.
- Conduct email outreach, guest-post outreach, publisher relationship management, and link-placement negotiations.
- Build and maintain a database of outreach prospects, contacts, follow-ups, responses, and secured backlinks.
- Acquire relevant, high-quality backlinks through ethical, white-hat SEO practices.
- Identify competitor backlink opportunities and develop strategies to earn comparable or better links.
- Monitor backlink quality, referring domains, lost links, and potentially harmful links.
- Develop partnerships and content collaboration opportunities to strengthen website authority.
- Track outreach conversion rates, backlinks acquired, referring domains, and ranking improvements.

2. SEO Content Writing

- Research and create SEO-friendly blog articles, website content, landing pages, and industry-related content.
- Conduct keyword research and develop keyword clusters based on search intent and business priorities.
- Create content that supports outreach campaigns, guest posts, and link-building opportunities.
- Optimize headings, titles, meta descriptions, internal links,



and content structure.
- Use AI writing tools where appropriate, ensuring accuracy, originality, readability, and human editorial review.
- Update existing content to improve relevance, search visibility, and engagement.

3. On-Page SEO

- Optimize website pages for target keywords, search intent, and user experience.
- Review title tags, meta descriptions, heading hierarchy, image alt text, URLs, and internal linking.
- Identify keyword cannibalization, duplicate content, and content gaps.
- Coordinate content updates based on keyword rankings and Search Console performance.

4. Technical SEO — Next.js/React

- Understand how Next.js and React websites are rendered and indexed by search engines.
- Identify issues related to server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), client-side rendering, crawlability, and indexability.
- Review metadata, canonical tags, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, redirects, structured data, and URL handling.
- Monitor Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile usability, and technical SEO errors.
- Work with developers to report, prioritize, and validate technical SEO fixes.
- Conduct regular website audits using SEO tools and Google Search Console.

5. SEO Analytics & Reporting

- Use Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, Semrush, or equivalent tools.
- Track backlinks acquired, referring domains, outreach response rates, organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly SEO reports with measurable results.
- Recommend improvements based on competitor analysis and performance data.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in off-page SEO, link building, and email outreach.
- Hands-on experience with backlink prospecting, guest-post outreach, and publisher communication.
- Excellent written English and professional communication skills.
- Strong content writing, keyword research,



and content optimization skills.
- Working knowledge of technical SEO for Next.js/React websites.
- Familiarity with SSR, SSG, metadata, schema markup, sitemaps, robots.txt, and indexing.
- Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, or Screaming Frog.
- Ability to manage outreach campaigns, maintain accurate trackers, and meet measurable targets.
- Understanding of ethical SEO practices and Google search guidelines.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Number of relevant outreach prospects identified and contacted.
- Outreach response and conversion rates.
- Number and quality of backlinks acquired.
- Growth in referring domains and relevant organic visibility.
- Improvement in target keyword rankings and organic traffic.
- Number and quality of SEO articles and pages optimized.
- Technical SEO issues identified, tracked, and resolved.
- Timely submission of weekly and monthly reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- A candidate with demonstrated off-page SEO and outreach results.
- Experience working with B2B, SaaS, manufacturing, food, nutraceutical, cosmetics, or other industry-focused websites is an advantage.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted content workflows and modern search optimization.
- Comfortable coordinating with content, marketing, and development teams.

Role Priority: Off-page SEO and outreach first, followed by content writing and on-page SEO, with technical SEO for Next.js/React as a supporting responsibility.

Note: This role does not require WordPress development or full-stack coding. The candidate should understand technical SEO requirements and coordinate with developers for implementation.
