We are looking for a detail-oriented Audit Executive with knowledge of stock audits, inventory audits, and damage audits. The candidate will be responsible for conducting physical stock verification, identifying discrepancies, maintaining accurate audit records, and preparing reports using Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct stock audits and physical verification of inventory at warehouse locations.
- Perform inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy and proper maintenance of records.
- Carry out damage audits to identify damaged, defective, or unsaleable stock.
- Verify physical stock against system records and identify discrepancies.
- Prepare audit reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to resolve stock-related discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with audit procedures and inventory management standards.
- Use Microsoft Excel for data entry, maintaining records, and preparing audit reports.
- Travel to multiple warehouse locations within Pune and to locations outside Pune, depending on business requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Knowledge of stock auditing, inventory auditing, and damage auditing.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Good observation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel within Pune and to other locations as required.
- Ability to work independently and meet audit deadlines.
Travel and Other Advantages
- The role involves travelling to multiple warehouse locations within and outside Pune.
- The company will cover eligible travel expenses, food, and accommodation for official audit-related travel, as per company policy.
