We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Commerce Trainer to deliver high-quality coaching to students in subjects such as Accountancy, Business Studies, and Economics.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging classroom and/or online sessions for Commerce subjects (Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics).
Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and assignments aligned with the curriculum.
Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.
Conduct tests, evaluations, and doubt-clearing sessions.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or related field.
Strong subject knowledge in core Commerce subjects.
Prior teaching or coaching experience preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Ability to explain concepts in a simple and relatable manner.
Robust classroom management skills.
Experience:
1–3 years of teaching/training experience (freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply).
