About the Role

Greamio Technologies is a fast-growing EdTech company, and CloudBlitz is our brand for job-focused technology training. As Ads Manager, you will run and optimize paid campaigns on Meta and Google that bring in quality leads and turn them into counselling sessions and admissions.

Responsibilities

- Plan and optimize lead-generation campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (Search & YouTube)
- Build audiences and retargeting, and run weekly A/B tests to improve CTR, CPL and conversions
- Manage ad budgets with clear ROI and cost-per-lead goals
- Work with the Sales and creative teams to improve lead quality and admissions
- Share weekly performance reports with insights

Requirements

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads




- Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel
- Experience with CRM lead tracking (Zoho or HubSpot)
- Strong data analysis skills (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS)
- Ability to manage a monthly ad budget of ₹5 Lakh
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, IT or Business Administration

Positive to have: YouTube and WhatsApp ads, Canva, EdTech experience, Meta Blueprint or Google Ads certification
