Key Responsibilities

- Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and beverages as required.
- Plan daily and weekly menus in consultation with the family.
- Cook Indian and multi-cuisine dishes, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian preparations as required.
- Follow dietary instructions, allergies, health requirements, and religious food preferences.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, and kitchen organisation.
- Manage grocery requirements, check stock levels, and inform the family/management of required purchases.
- Store ingredients properly and minimise food wastage.
- Maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and cooking areas in clean working condition.
- Prepare meals for guests, family gatherings, and special occasions when required.
- Maintain confidentiality, punctuality, and a professional attitude at all times.

Requirements

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a House Chef, Personal Chef, Private Cook, or in a similar role.




- Strong knowledge of Indian home-style cooking; multi-cuisine skills preferred.
- Ability to cook healthy, balanced meals and adjust recipes as per family preferences.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen management.
- Well-groomed, polite, punctual, and dependable.
- Good communication skills; ability to understand instructions clearly.
- References from previous employers preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in a VIP household, hotel, or premium residential environment.
- Familiarity with South Indian, North Indian, Continental, Chinese, and healthy diet cooking.
- Ability to prepare special meals for children, elderly family members, or guests.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and menu costing.
