Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Executive to support recruitment activities for our PAN India sales teams and assist with day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and a willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities for sales teams across India.
- Source candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates regarding interview feedback and joining status.
- Assist with offer letters, employee documentation, and onboarding formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily hiring reports.
- Support employee attendance, leave records, and other HR administrative activities.
- Assist with other HR tasks as required.
Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a relevant qualification.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Solid organisational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
