- Operate and monitor the Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) batching plant.
- Ensure accurate batching of cement, sand, aggregates, water and admixtures as per approved mix designs.
- Monitor concrete production and ensure timely supply as per site requirements.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Quality Control and maintenance teams.
- Maintain daily production records, material consumption reports, and batching logs.
- Conduct routine equipment checks and report technical faults or breakdowns.
- Monitor raw material availability and report shortages to the concerned authority.
- Ensure proper cleaning, maintenance and housekeeping of the plant.
- Follow all safety procedures and quality standards during plant operations.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience:
2–5 years in RMC or concrete batching plant operations.
- Practical knowledge of automated batching systems and control panels is preferred.
- Understanding of concrete mix designs, batching processes, and plant maintenance.
- Basic computer knowledge for operating plant software and maintaining records.
- Ability to coordinate with site teams and work according to production schedules.
