Key Responsibilities
- Handle student enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, social media and online platforms.
- Counsel students regarding academic tuition, skilled courses and skill development programs.
- Explain course details, fees, duration and admission procedures.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain lead records and update daily follow-up reports.
- Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth admission process.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Ability to handle phone calls and follow up with leads.
- Positive attitude, confidence and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Sales, counselling or telecalling experience.
