Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Litigation Counsel with robust expertise in property-related litigation and REAL ESTATE. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience handling legal disputes, title verification issues, and litigation pertaining to real estate and property transactions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle and manage property-related litigation matters before various courts, tribunals, and authorities.
- Conduct legal due diligence and assess litigation risks associated with properties.
- Provide legal opinions on property disputes, title issues, encumbrances, and land-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations relating to real estate and property transactions.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in litigation, with a strong focus on property and real estate matters.
- Sound knowledge of civil litigation, property laws, land laws and legal documentation.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal matters simultaneously.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience in real estate legal due diligence.
- Knowledge of land records, title verification, registrations, and property documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
