Job Title: Sales Recruiter (Contractual)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in hiring for Sales, Business Development, Direct Sales, Agency Sales, or Field Sales positions Pan India. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be open to a contractual role.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales positions across various levels.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.




- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment timelines and hiring targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment with exposure to sales hiring.
- Solid sourcing and screening skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.
