- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and detailing.
- Experience with design Integration, coordinating inputs from structural, MEP, and other consultants into cohesive project solutions.
- Project Management abilities, such as planning tasks, tracking progress, and coordinating with stakeholders to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Software Development concepts or digital workflows is beneficial for integrating design tools, automation, or BIM-based processes.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and basic knowledge of visualization tools.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Architecture from an accredited institution and relevant local registration or eligibility (as applicable).
- Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and readiness to work on-site and conduct regular site visits in and around Nagpur.
