Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and career-oriented Management Trainees to join our team. Candidates will receive structured training in immigration and study abroad services, sales, client handling, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in training on immigration, study abroad, and sales processes
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate consultations.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and conversion goals.
- Maintain client records and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality service delivery.
- Follow company policies and complete assigned tasks.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree or MBA in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 03 year of experience can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment.
