Job Overview

We are looking for a technically proficient and solution-oriented Presales & Solutions Manager with strong expertise in designing end-to-end IT infrastructure and system integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in understanding complex customer requirements, developing technical solutions, preparing proposals and supporting the sales team in securing enterprise and large-scale projects.

The role involves working across networking, cybersecurity, data centres, servers, storage and surveillance solutions, along with supporting RFP/RFQ responses, government tenders, technical presentations and coordination with OEMs and technology partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse customer requirements, project scope, technical specifications and business objectives to develop suitable IT infrastructure solutions.
- Design end-to-end IT infrastructure and system integration solutions for enterprise, government, defence and large-scale projects.
- Develop technical architectures and solution designs covering enterprise networking, cybersecurity, data centres, servers, storage, virtualization, backup, disaster recovery and surveillance systems.
- Prepare and review technical proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, tender documents, compliance matrices, BOQs/BOMs and solution presentations.
- Evaluate technical requirements,



identify suitable technologies and recommend appropriate OEM products and solutions.
- Coordinate with sales, project management, engineering, implementation teams, OEMs and technology partners to ensure solution feasibility and alignment.
- Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions, solution walkthroughs and presentations to explain proposed solutions.
- Support costing, solution estimation, technical-commercial discussions and preparation of project proposals.
- Ensure technical compliance with customer specifications, tender requirements, industry standards and project guidelines.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, OEM product portfolios and industry trends to develop competitive and scalable solutions.

- Understanding of security and surveillance infrastructure will be an added advantage.

- RFP/RFQ analysis and government tender documentation
- Technical compliance matrices and solution proposals
- BOQ/BOM preparation, solution sizing and cost estimation
- Technical presentations and customer-facing solution discussions

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related technical discipline.
- Relevant experience in IT infrastructure presales, solution architecture, system integration or technical solution consulting.
- Solid understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and the ability to map customer requirements to appropriate technical solutions.
- Experience working with OEMs, technology vendors, system integrators or enterprise customers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple proposals and coordinate effectively across technical and commercial teams.

Preferred Industry Background

Candidates from IT System Integrators, Network Infrastructure Companies, Cybersecurity Solution Providers, Data Centre Solution Providers or Enterprise IT Infrastructure Companies will be preferred.

Experience handling government, defence, PSU or large enterprise tenders will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
