Jignasa is a growing after-school learning and activity center helping children discover and develop their potential through Chess, Music, Dance, Theatre, Public Speaking, Arts, Personality Development, and Sports programs.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Curriculum Coordinator & Learning Champion who will ensure that every child’s learning experience is engaging, purposeful, and visible to their parents.

You will work closely with instructors to track student progress, identify children who need additional support, strengthen class quality, and help families understand what their child is learning. The role suits someone who enjoys working with children, notices the details that affect their experience, and follows through until an issue is resolved.

Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Learning & Engagement

- Track each child’s participation, progress, and next learning milestone across activities.
- Identify students whose attendance, interest, confidence, or progress is declining.
- Observe classes and work with instructors on practical changes that help children engage and improve.
- Recognize student achievements and create opportunities for children to demonstrate what they have learned.

Curriculum & Instructor Coordination

- Help instructors define age- and skill-appropriate learning goals.
- Coordinate regular, evidence-based progress reviews with instructors.
- Check that class activities, difficulty levels, and teaching approaches suit the students in each batch.




- Follow up on agreed teaching changes and assess whether they helped.

Parent Progress & Retention

- Turn instructor observations into clear, specific progress updates for parents.
- Explain what a child has learned, where they need support, and what comes next.
- Listen to parent feedback and investigate concerns about progress, engagement, or the class experience.
- Work with the center team to support students at risk of dropping out and strengthen renewals through better learning experiences.

Learning Experiences

- Support student showcases, performances, competitions, workshops, and other opportunities to apply learning.
- Help children explore activities beyond their primary program when it fits their interests.
- Capture feedback from children, parents, and instructors to improve future programs.

Who We’re Looking For

- Enjoys working with children and understands that each child learns differently.
- Can observe a class, ask useful questions, and turn observations into practical actions.
- Writes clear, thoughtful updates for parents without overstating a child’s progress.
- Is organized and comfortable maintaining student records and following up across several programs.
- Communicates well with instructors, parents, and the center team.
- Has strong English communication skills; Telugu is an advantage.
- Experience in education, curriculum coordination, child development, preschool, activity centers, or parent engagement is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
