Job Summary

Skylar Technology is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementation, configuration, and support. The candidate should have a good understanding of finance business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into effective Oracle Fusion solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Financials modules.
- Work on General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM).
- Understand and analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle Fusion functionality.
- Configure Chart of Accounts (COA), ledgers, accounting rules, payment terms, and approval workflows.
- Work on Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
- Prepare functional documents, including BRD, FDD, configuration documents, and user manuals.




- Participate in CRP, SIT, UAT, data migration, and reconciliation activities.
- Coordinate with technical teams for reports, integrations, and customizations.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot functional issues, and resolve tickets within agreed SLAs.
- Support go-live, cutover, and post-implementation activities.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of experience in Oracle Financials, with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
- Strong functional knowledge of GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM.
- Experience in implementation, configuration, and support projects.
- Good understanding of P2P, O2C, and R2R business processes.
- Experience with FBDI/ADFDI, data migration, and reconciliation.
- Knowledge of OTBI reports, approval workflows, and functional documentation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in at least one end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementation.
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion integrations and reporting tools.
- Experience working with global clients and cross-functional teams.
