1. Job Description

M/S SWAJAY is looking for energetic, motivated and result-oriented Sales Executives to promote and sell educational books, grammar books and other academic publications in Hajipur and nearby districts of Bihar.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building relationships with schools, bookshops, stationery dealers and book distributors, and achieving monthly sales targets.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field sales, travelling by motorcycle and meeting customers across different districts.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell educational books and publications to schools, bookshops, stationery shops and distributors.
- Visit schools, principals, teachers, book retailers and educational institutions to generate business.
- Develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct regular market visits in Hajipur and other assigned districts of Bihar.
- Travel by motorcycle for customer visits and market development.
- Take book orders and follow up on pending orders.
- Coordinate with the office team regarding order processing and book delivery.
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and collections.
- Maintain daily reports of customer visits, orders, sales and collections.
- Submit daily field reports, including kilometres travelled and expenses incurred.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets assigned by the company.
- Collect market feedback regarding competitors, pricing and customer requirements.

3. Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Minimum 12th Pass; graduates preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years in field sales, preferably in book sales,



educational products, FMCG or distribution.
- Freshers with positive communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Must have a valid two-wheeler driving licence.
- Must have a motorcycle and be willing to travel to other districts.
- Good communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, smartphone applications and Excel is preferred.
- Should be target-oriented, disciplined and willing to work in the field.
