WD Branding Solutions is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our client base and drive business growth. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and building long-term relationships with businesses seeking branding, advertising, and marketing solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills, along with a proactive approach to achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Research potential clients, market trends, and competitors to identify business opportunities.
- Approach businesses and present WD Branding Solutions' branding, advertising, and marketing services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable creative and marketing solutions.
- Prepare quotations, business proposals, and service agreements in coordination with internal teams.
- Conduct regular follow-ups, negotiate commercial terms, and convert leads into clients.
- Coordinate with design, creative, marketing, and operations teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate lead records, client information, and follow-up schedules using ClickUp or CRM tools.
- Achieve assigned business development targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.





Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and acquire new clients.
- Good organizational skills and effective follow-up management.
- A target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in professional email communication and documentation.
- Familiarity with ClickUp, CRM software, or project management tools is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
- Knowledge of branding, advertising, digital marketing, or creative services.
- Experience in B2B sales and corporate client handling.
- Familiarity with the Kochi and Muvattupuzha business markets.
- A degree or diploma in business administration, marketing, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
