Tony Signature Diamonds is looking for a agile and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our luxury jewellery showroom team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a polished personality, and a passion for luxury retail and customer service.

Candidates with experience in jewellery, fashion, hospitality, beauty, or premium retail sales will be preferred.

Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting diamond jewellery
- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized shopping experiences
- Build customer relationships and support repeat business
- Explain product features, diamond quality, and pricing confidently
- Support showroom presentation and luxury retail standards
- Coordinate customer follow-ups and sales conversions
- Assist in social media shoots, reels, and promotional activities when required
- Maintain professional grooming and showroom etiquette

Requirements





- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed and confident personality
- Passion for luxury retail and customer interaction
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
- Previous experience in retail sales is an advantage
- Freshers with good presentation skills may also apply
