We are looking for an experienced Sales & Client Relationship Manager to join our growing team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing sales and client relationships across both India and Singapore, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage client relationships across India and Singapore
- Generate new business leads and convert them into clients
- Handle sales enquiries and conduct regular follow-ups
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with clients throughout the sales and service process
- Handle client meetings, negotiations, and business discussions
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client execution
- Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and sales activities
Requirements
- Previous experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Relationship Management, or a related role is mandatory
- Freshers will not be considered
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Experience managing clients and developing new business
- Confident in handling professional and international client communication
- Ability to work with clients across India and Singapore
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills
- Candidates with experience handling international clients will have an advantage
