Role: Multi-Skilled Welder (Heavy Machinery- MS & SS)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 / month

Primary Responsibilities (In-House Production)

- Drawing Interpretation & Fit-Up: Read and interpret structural & mechanical welding drawings, WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications), and symbols for accurate part preparation and assembly fit-up.
- Multi-Process Welding & Fabrication: Execute high-quality welding across multiple processes (MIG/MAG, TIG, SMAW/Arc) for heavy machine MS & SS parts, sub-assemblies, and main structures.
- Quality & Inspection: Perform basic visual weld inspections, joint preparation, grinding, finishing, and maintain basic shop floor documentation.
- Safety & Workplace Culture: Strictly adhere to safety protocols (PPE, fire safety, fume management), GMP, and maintain 5S discipline on the shop floor alongside the team.

Secondary Responsibilities (Vendor & Site Support)

- Vendor & Site Operations:



Supervise welding quality and fit-up at 3rd-party vendor workshops as needed; support site welding, structural modifications, testing, and commissioning during machinery installation.
- New Product Development (NPD): Assist engineering teams in fabricating, tacking, and welding prototypes for current machinery designs.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Experience:

- Heavy equipment operation: 3 years (Required)
- MIG welding: 5 years (Required)
