NOVO Energy Solutions is a solar energy company based in Kollam, Kerala, specializing in the installation and service of on-grid and hybrid solar power systems. We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Telecaller to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate solar enquiries.

- Follow up with leads received through advertisements, social media, website and other sources.

- Explain basic information about solar power systems, available offers and government subsidy schemes.

- Understand customer requirements and collect necessary details.

- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales/site team.

- Follow up with customers regarding quotations and proposals.

- Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries and follow-ups.

- Regularly update the status of leads to the management.

- Handle customer enquiries professionally and politely.

- Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.

- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.

Requirements.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support,



sales or a related field preferred.

- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Positive telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.

- Confident, positive and customer-friendly attitude.

- Ability to follow up consistently and achieve targets.

- Experience in the solar industry or sales will be an added advantage.
