Job Summary

World Passport is seeking a passionate and student-focused Study Abroad Career Advisor. The ideal candidate will guide students, graduates, and working professionals in selecting suitable skill development programs that enhance employability, career growth, and international opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Counsel prospective candidates regarding available skill development programs and

career pathways.

* Assess candidates' educational background, interests, skills, and career objectives.

* Recommend suitable training, certification, and skill enhancement programs based on

individual career goals.

* Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, follow-ups, and career guidance meetings.

* Convert inquiries into enrollments by effectively presenting program advantages and career outcomes.

* Maintain accurate records of leads, counseling sessions, and enrollments through CRM

systems.

* Coordinate with trainers, operations teams,



and management to ensure a smooth

candidate experience.

* Stay updated on industry trends, emerging skills, certification programs, and employment opportunities.

* Participate in seminars, workshops, career fairs, and promotional events.

* Achieve assigned counseling and enrollment targets.

Qualifications

* Minimum 2 year experience in counseling (Study Abroad experience is prefered)

* Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply.

* Prior experience in career counseling, education consulting, training institutes, admissions, or skill development programs is also preferred.

* Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

* Additional certifications in career counseling, training, or education are an advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
