Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of experience in direct and offline marketing. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, generating leads, and promoting the company's services through field marketing and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute direct and offline marketing activities to promote the company and its services.
- Identify and approach potential customers, including schools, colleges, corporate companies, travel agencies, tour operators, and local businesses.
- Conduct field visits and promotional activities to generate leads and increase sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Follow up on inquiries, leads, and prospective customers to convert them into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the telecalling team to follow up on leads and arrange client meetings.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly marketing and sales targets.
- Research local markets,



identify new business opportunities, and monitor competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and business development strategies.
- Maintain records of field visits, client interactions, leads generated, and sales conversions.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly marketing activity reports to the reporting manager.
- Participate in marketing meetings and provide updates on market feedback and business opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in direct marketing, offline marketing, field sales, or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify potential clients and develop business relationships.
- Target-oriented approach with strong follow-up and conversion skills.
- Good knowledge of local markets and customer acquisition strategies.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel for reporting.
- Willingness to travel for field marketing activities as required.
- Malayalam and English communication skills are preferred.
