Job Responsibilities:
- Call potential leads provided by management.
- Understand clients' property requirements, budgets, and preferences.
- Recommend suitable residential properties and real estate investment opportunities.
- Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective buyers.
- Explain project details, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.
- Follow up with clients, handle objections, negotiate, and close sales.
- Maintain accurate lead records and achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Robust interest in sales and real estate.
- Good follow-up, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and site visits.
- Real estate sales experience is preferred; freshers with the right attitude can apply.
