1. Coordinate with key customer personnel to understand their requirements and ensure execution within the timeline.

2. Responsible for managing escalations and providing timely updates to the customer.

3. Personally track VIP user incidents and critical cases, intervening as needed to achieve the desired outcome.

4. Track escalated cases and ensure all are resolved to customer satisfaction.

5. Maintain vendor management ticket hygiene by analysing quality parameters of open and closed calls.

6. Coordinate daily with vendors to ensure timely resolution of calls.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Education:
