Job Summary:

360 Realtors is looking for an Offline Marketing Manager to plan and execute offline marketing campaigns, strengthen brand visibility, and support real estate project sales through ATL/BTL activities, outdoor advertising, events, and local promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute ATL campaigns, including hoardings, billboards, print advertisements, newspaper inserts, radio, and outdoor branding.

- Execute BTL activities such as exhibitions, roadshows, mall activations, kiosks, residential society campaigns, and local promotions.

- Plan marketing activities for project launches, festive campaigns, customer events, and site promotions.

- Identify strategic locations for outdoor advertising based on target audiences, traffic, and project connectivity.

- Coordinate with media agencies, event agencies, printing vendors, and fabricators.

- Manage vendor negotiations, quotations, marketing budgets, and campaign timelines.

- Organize channel partner meets, broker meets, customer events, and project launches.

- Coordinate with sales teams to generate enquiries, walk-ins, site visits, and qualified leads.





- Develop marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, standees, and project branding materials.

- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to understand local marketing activities and customer trends.

- Track campaign performance, lead generation, expenses, conversions, and ROI.

- Coordinate with sales, digital marketing, CRM, design, and operations teams.

- Manage branding and promotional activities at project sites, experience centres, and sales galleries.

- Ensure campaigns are completed within approved budgets, timelines, and brand guidelines.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in offline marketing, preferably in real estate.

- Hands-on experience in ATL/BTL campaigns, outdoor advertising, events, and brand promotions.

- Strong vendor management, negotiation, budgeting, and coordination skills.

- Valuable communication and project management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
