Role Description The Warehouse Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations. This includes supervising warehouse staff, organizing material handling activities, and ensuring accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes. The role involves monitoring stock levels, coordinating with logistics and production teams, and maintaining proper documentation for all inbound and outbound goods. The Warehouse Supervisor will also ensure that safety standards are followed, equipment is properly operated and maintained, and workflows are optimized for efficiency. The position requires hands-on involvement in resolving operational issues, implementing process improvements, and supporting timely order fulfilment to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Processing & E-commerce Operations

- Manage end-to-end order processing, from order receipt to picking, packing, invoicing, and dispatch.
- Handle high-volume and bulk orders received through Meesho, Myntra, Amazon, and Flipkart.
- Ensure timely processing and dispatch of orders as per marketplace deadlines and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor pending, cancelled, returned, and delayed orders and take corrective action.
- Ensure accurate SKU identification, barcode scanning, labelling,



and order verification.
- Coordinate with marketplace teams and internal departments to resolve order-related issues.

2. Volmo Software & System Management

- Demonstrate hands-on working knowledge of Volmo software for order processing, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
- Monitor orders, stock movement, and dispatch status through the system.
- Ensure accurate system entries and synchronization of inventory and order data.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
- Generate operational reports and maintain updated order and inventory records.

3. Warehouse & Inventory Management

- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper SKU-wise stock organization.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to minimize inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor damaged, defective, missing, and returned products and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain appropriate storage conditions, product traceability, and stock rotation wherever applicable.
- Ensure efficient use of warehouse space and prevent stock loss or damage.

4. Team Supervision & Coordination

- Allocate daily tasks to warehouse staff, pickers, packers, and dispatch personnel.
- Monitor team productivity, attendance, discipline, and work quality.
- Train team members on order processing, packing standards, barcode scanning, and warehouse procedures.
- Coordinate with the purchasing, customer service, sales, and logistics teams.
- Ensure adequate manpower is available during peak sales periods and promotional campaigns.

5. Packing, Dispatch & Logistics

- Ensure correct products, quantities, packaging,



invoices, and shipping labels for every order.
- Coordinate with courier partners and logistics teams for timely shipment pickups.
- Monitor dispatch performance, pending shipments, and failed pickup cases.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace-specific packaging and shipping requirements.
- Track returns, RTO (Return to Origin), and customer-returned shipments and coordinate their inward processing.

6. Reporting & Process Improvement

- Prepare daily reports on orders processed, orders pending, dispatch status, inventory, and returns.
- Track order accuracy, dispatch timelines, stock discrepancies, and team productivity.
- Identify bottlenecks in warehouse operations and implement process improvements.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety standards, and operational discipline.

Key Requirements

- Graduate or 12th pass; a diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or warehouse operations is preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse supervision, e-commerce operations, or order fulfilment.
- Excellent knowledge of bulk order processing on Meesho, Myntra, Amazon, and Flipkart.
- Hands-on knowledge of Volmo software is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, SKU mapping, barcode scanning, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets for operational reporting.
- Experience handling high-volume orders during sales events and promotional periods.
- Good team management, coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining order accuracy and dispatch timelines.

- Order processing accuracy and error rate.
- On-time dispatch percentage.
- Daily order processing and fulfilment volume.
- Inventory accuracy and stock discrepancy rate.
- Picking and packing productivity.
- Return and RTO handling efficiency.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
