PowerShell, MDT, Windows Autopilot, and endpoint migration tools.

- Migration Assessment: Assess SCCM infrastructure, endpoints, applications,

packages, task sequences, collections, boundaries, patching, operating

system deployment, and dependencies across source and target

environments.

- Migration Execution: Execute SCCM hierarchy, device, application, package,

and configuration migrations, including endpoint re-assignment, OS

deployment, software distribution, and patch-management readiness.

- Coexistence & Cutover: Support SCCM–Intune co-management, cross workplace device transition, application availability, cutover, rollback, and

Day-1 endpoint continuity during the M&A; program.

- Validation & Handover: Validate client health, application deployment, patch

compliance, inventory, reporting, and device management; resolve migration

issues, update runbooks, and hand over services to operations
