- Provide direct patient care based on individual treatment plans
- Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as per doctors’ orders
- Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate patient records
- Assist in patient assessments, admissions, and discharges
- Maintain hygienic and secure environment in the ward
- Support doctors during rounds and procedures
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and post-discharge care
- Ensure strict adherence to hospital policies, infection control, and nursing protocols

Skills Required:

- Sound knowledge of clinical procedures and nursing practices
- Good communication, observation, and reporting skills
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach




- Basic computer knowledge for medical documentation

Eligibility:

- DGNM / B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution
- Must be registered with the Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council (TNNC)
