About the Role

GRIHASTHI is looking for dynamic, result-oriented Sales Executives to develop and expand its Agarbatti and Ghee business. The candidate will be responsible for increasing sales, developing distribution networks, appointing new dealers and distributors, and strengthening the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly sales targets for the Agarbatti and Ghee product divisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and other channel partners.
- Appoint new distributors and expand market coverage in the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular market visits to generate orders and improve product visibility.
- Ensure product availability, merchandising, and proper placement at retail outlets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and promotional schemes.




- Follow up on payments, outstanding dues, and distributor accounts.
- Implement company sales schemes and promotional activities in the market.
- Submit daily sales reports, market visit reports, and periodic sales forecasts to the reporting manager.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the sales team and management to achieve business growth.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate preferred; candidates with relevant sales experience may also apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in Agarbatti, Puja Products, Ghee, Edible Oil, or related consumer goods.
- Experience in distributor handling and retail sales will be an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently in the assigned territory.
- Willingness to travel

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
