Ensure customer queries are responded in time. Ensure any grievances of customers are adequately managed to the satisfaction of the customer. Ensure that they are up to date on product information so that customers are given correct answers on the product or service that the organisation is providing. Maintain detailed record of customer interactions in an excel sheet or the organisation provided tracking tool. Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
