Job Summary

Pyramid Cafe Lounge & Bar is hiring passionate and skilled Commis Chefs for its outlet in Faridabad, Haryana. Candidates should have basic to intermediate knowledge of their respective cuisine section, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing and cooking dishes in the assigned kitchen section.
- Perform mise en place and ensure all ingredients are ready for service.
- Follow standardized recipes, portion sizes, and food presentation standards.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of food items.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen workstations, utensils, and equipment.
- Minimize food wastage and ensure efficient use of ingredients.




- Coordinate with the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, and other kitchen team members.
- Follow kitchen SOPs and instructions from senior chefs.

Candidate Requirements

- Candidates with experience in Indian, Tandoor, Chinese, or Continental cuisine can apply.
- Relevant experience as a Commis 1 or Commis 2 in a restaurant, hotel, café, or lounge is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen operations.
- Understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in shifts and manage responsibilities in a fast-paced workplace.
- Teamwork, discipline, and a willingness to learn are essential.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
