Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning, Analysis & MIS Reporting

Prepare monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and variance analysis for founders and leadership.

Assist in building and maintaining budgets, cash flow forecasts, and burn-rate tracking.

Help translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for business decisions.

Continuously improve financial processes, controls, and reporting templates as the company scales.

Participating in day-to-day operations as required.

Fundraising & Investor Support

Support preparation of financial models, investor decks, and data room documentation during fundraising rounds.

Assist with cap table hygiene, ESOP tracking, and coordination with legal/compliance advisors on fundraise-related filings.

Help compile periodic investor and board reporting packs.

What We're Looking For

Chartered Accountant (7 - 8 years post-qualification) preferred.

Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfort with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks.

A learning mindset — genuinely curious about FP&A;, fundraising, and strategic finance.





Comfortable working closely with a senior mentor, taking direction, and taking on independent ownership.

High attention to detail, ownership mentality, and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Transparent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
