Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Principal Consultant – .NET Full Stack & AI to lead the architecture, development and delivery of complex enterprise technology solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep software engineering expertise, strong .NET full-stack development capabilities, hands-on Azure cloud architecture experience, and practical knowledge of AI-powered application development.

This role requires a technically strong professional who can drive end-to-end solution architecture, lead complex engineering initiatives, engage with enterprise clients, and embed AI-driven development practices into the software delivery lifecycle.

The candidate must be comfortable working hands-on with code and architecture while providing technical direction, mentoring engineering teams, and supporting solution design and pre-sales activities.

Key Responsibilities1. Solution Architecture & Engineering Leadership

- Own the end-to-end architecture and technical delivery of complex enterprise applications.
- Design scalable, secure and high-performance solutions using modern application architecture principles.
- Lead full-stack application engineering using .NET and modern frontend frameworks.
- Drive microservices, API-first development, distributed systems and reusable architecture patterns.
- Establish engineering standards, coding guidelines, design reviews and quality benchmarks.

2. AI-Driven Application Development

- Design and develop AI-enabled applications using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services and Azure AI Foundry.
- Implement Large Language Model (LLM) integrations, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and enterprise AI solutions.
- Design agentic AI systems with appropriate orchestration, tool integration, memory and human-in-the-loop capabilities.
- Leverage GitHub Copilot for code generation, refactoring, testing,



modernization and developer productivity.
- Ensure responsible AI implementation, including security, privacy, governance and performance optimization.

3. Azure Cloud & Architecture

- Architect cloud-native solutions using Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Container Apps, AKS and API Management.
- Implement secure and scalable cloud architectures using Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB and related data services.
- Design identity, access management, networking, high availability, disaster recovery and fault-tolerant solutions.
- Apply Azure Well-Architected principles to optimize performance, reliability, security and cost.

4. DevOps & Engineering Excellence

- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep or ARM templates.
- Drive DevSecOps, automated testing, observability, monitoring and production readiness.
- Develop reusable engineering accelerators and practices that improve delivery quality and velocity.
- Troubleshoot complex application, performance, reliability and security issues.

5. Client Engagement & Consulting

- Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead technical solutioning, effort estimation, proof-of-concepts and pre-sales proposals.
- Provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from solution design to production deployment.
- Manage technical risks, resolve delivery challenges and support recovery of at-risk projects.
- Mentor engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 18+ years of experience in software engineering,



solution engineering or enterprise application development.
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core or equivalent backend technologies.
- Expertise in full-stack application development using React, Angular, Next.js, Blazor or similar frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems, event-driven architecture and design patterns.
- Hands-on experience developing AI-powered applications using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services or related technologies.
- Practical understanding of LLM integration, prompt engineering, RAG architectures and agentic AI systems.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure cloud architecture and cloud-native application development.
- Experience with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted software engineering practices.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code and DevSecOps.
- Experience in technical architecture, solution design, client engagement and complex project delivery.
- Robust communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving and technical leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience modernizing large enterprise application estates and migrating workloads to Azure.
- Experience building reusable frameworks, accelerators and reference architectures.
- Experience in enterprise consulting, technical pre-sales and customer-facing engineering engagements.
- Relevant Microsoft Azure, AI or software architecture certifications.

Pay: Up to ₹9,550,000.00 per year
