Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Senior Engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce development, solution design, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting scalable and secure integration solutions between Salesforce and enterprise applications.

The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, integration specialists, Salesforce developers, and enterprise architecture teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Experience with Worksoft and Worksoft–Salesforce integration will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions between Salesforce and external enterprise applications.
- Translate business requirements and integration specifications into scalable Salesforce technical designs.
- Define and implement integration patterns, APIs, data mapping, authentication, security, and error-handling mechanisms.
- Develop and support Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flow.
- Design and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with middleware and enterprise integration teams to ensure seamless data exchange between systems.
- Provide technical guidance and support to Salesforce developers and integration teams.
- Review solution designs, code, and implementations to ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices.
- Troubleshoot integration failures, data inconsistencies, and production issues.
- Support deployment activities and ensure reliable implementation across Salesforce environments.
- Implement monitoring, logging,



and error-handling strategies to improve integration reliability.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Support data migration, release management, and CI/CD processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience working with Salesforce.
- Robust understanding of Salesforce architecture, technical design, and integration capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs, Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce Flow.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, access controls, and data management.
- Experience implementing Salesforce integrations and enterprise integration patterns.
- Practical knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs.
- Understanding of middleware and enterprise integration platforms.
- Experience with data mapping, data migration, error handling, and integration monitoring.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce deployment practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

- Hands-on experience with Worksoft and Worksoft–Salesforce integration.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with complex enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of integration monitoring, automated testing, and deployment processes.
- Experience collaborating with enterprise architects and cross-functional technical teams.

The ideal candidate is a technically strong Salesforce professional who can take ownership of integration design and implementation, solve complex technical challenges, and work effectively with business and technical stakeholders to deliver reliable enterprise solutions.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
