Key Responsibilities

1. Day-to-Day Accounting & Bookkeeping

Maintain accurate daily books of accounts, including sales, purchases, cash, bank, and journal vouchers in Tally ERP/accounting software.

Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring timely vendor payments and follow-ups on customer collections.

Verify purchase orders (POs), goods received notes (GRNs), and supplier invoices against incoming stock and delivery challans. Monitoring Stock Transfer intra branch.

Track stock/inventory accounting and assist in periodic physical stock audits.

Coordination with customer and third party remitter against supply of material through LC and third party (RXIL/Invoice smart/ M1) platforms.

Manager Branch offices day to day accounting.

2. Reconciliations & Month-End Closing

Perform regular Bank Reconciliations (BRS) and credit card/payment gateway reconciliations.

Reconcile vendor and customer ledger balances on a monthly basis.

Assist the Accounts Manager in month-end and year-end closing activities, accruals, and preparation of trial balances.

Warranty claim follow-up with principal companies

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

Prepare data and coordinate the timely filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.), reconciliation of GSTR-2B with purchase registers, and e-way bill verification.

Handle TDS calculations, deposit of challans, and quarterly return filings.

Assist internal, statutory, and tax auditors by providing necessary schedules, ledgers, and documentation.

4. Reporting & MIS

Prepare daily/weekly cash flow statements and aging analysis for debtors and creditors.

Assist in generating Management Information System (MIS) reports for upper management review.

Track expense variances and monitor operational overheads.

5. Team Supervision

Supervise, guide, and review the work of junior accountants and accounts executives. Coordination with Tally vendor for proper operation with HO and Branches.

6. Income tax compliance as and when required through CA.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹46,000.00 per month
