We are looking for a creative, proactive, and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow our school's social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, audience engagement, and organic growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage company and client social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube.

Plan, develop, and maintain social media content calendars.

Create engaging captions, posts, reels, stories, and campaign content.

Develop strategies to increase followers, reach, engagement, and organic growth.

Stay updated with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and emerging social media trends.

Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and creative teams to deliver high-quality content.

Manage social media coverage for events, campaigns, and on-ground activities.

Monitor comments, direct messages, audience engagement, and community interactions.

Track social media performance, analyze insights, and prepare regular performance reports.





Identify opportunities to improve content performance and achieve social media growth objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in managing and growing social media accounts.

Solid understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, content strategy, and social media analytics.

Excellent communication, content-writing, creative thinking, and storytelling skills.

Familiarity with Canva and basic video editing tools is preferred.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Willingness to travel for events, campaigns, and field activities when required.

A creative professional who understands how to build a strong social media presence, create engaging content, follow digital trends, and drive consistent audience growth.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
