Coordinate patient care services with nurses, doctors, physiotherapists, and caregivers. Schedule and manage staff according to patient requirements. Regularly follow up with patients and their families. Monitor the quality and timely delivery of care services. Handle patient queries, complaints, and service issues. Maintain patient records and daily service updates. Collect patient feedback and ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate emergencies and medical support when required. Communicate patient updates to the management team. Maintain strong relationships with patients and families.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
