About the Role

The Next Chapter Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Video Editor with hands-on experience working in a digital marketing agency.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in creating engaging social media creatives, promotional videos, and digital marketing content. Candidates with experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Google Gemini to create visuals, develop creative concepts, and produce videos will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

- Design engaging social media posters, advertisements, banners, and promotional creatives.
- Edit short-form videos, Instagram Reels, and other video content for digital marketing campaigns.
- Create visually appealing content that aligns with client branding and campaign objectives.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Google Gemini to generate creative ideas, develop visual concepts, and streamline content production.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop creatives for Meta Ads and other digital platforms.
- Adapt designs and videos to different social media formats and platform requirements.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, visual quality, and creative standards.
- Manage assigned creative tasks and deliver projects within deadlines.

Requirements





- 6 months to 1 year of practical experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Previous hands-on experience working in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools.
- Understanding of social media content formats, trends, and advertising creatives.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to understand marketing requirements.
- Ability to work independently in a remote workplace and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience creating posters, ad creatives, and promotional videos using AI tools.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT and Google Gemini for creative ideation and content production.
- Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or CapCut.
- Understanding of Meta Ads creative requirements and social media marketing content.
