Responsibilities:

· Hands-on experience implementing and customizing Salesforce.com and Knowledge in Sales Cloud.

· Marketing and Service Cloud Knowledge is desirable and will be an added advantage.

· Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud), Flow automation, and a Trailhead profile with relevant badges and rank.

· Set up, customize and develop Salesforce.com applications, following best practices for CRM, lead flow management, Custom Objects and relational data.

· Configuration experience in data model (Objects, Relationships), Page Layouts, security, validation rules, approval processes, Flows, templates etc.

· Knowledge in Experience cloud will be an added advantage.

· Working knowledge of Lightning, Apex, JavaScript, SOQL and test classes.

· Exposure to integrating Salesforce with third-party applications (ERP, website, etc.)



via SOAP and REST APIs is desirable.

· Basic awareness of secondary Salesforce APIs (Metadata API, Streaming API, etc.).

· Awareness of Classic to Lightning migration and its challenges.

· Experience with Salesforce data migration using Data Loader or similar tools.

· Create standard reports, custom reports and report types.

· Understand functional requirements and contribute to technical design under guidance, communicating clearly with team members.

· Support the scoping of technical requirements into solution design; take ownership of modules or small projects with guidance from seniors.

· Good technical problem-solving skills.

· Identify the impact of functional requirement changes on technical design and escalate as needed.

· Write unit tests and test classes for own modules; take part in code reviews.

· Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1) or Administrator (ADM201) is desirable.

Pay: ₹326,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
