- Oversee daily operations of the company and ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise staff across departments (sales, service, accounts, workshop, etc.).
- Assign duties, monitor performance, and ensure targets are achieved.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and ensuring quality service.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers/vendors.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and update management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
- Motivate, train, and guide employees for better productivity.
- Support business growth by implementing new strategies and improving efficiency.
