Position - Production Manager (EV Battery Pack)

Role Summary :-

The EV Battery Pack Engineer is responsible for leading factory-level repair, rework, and refurbishment of EV battery packs. This role manages a technical team to diagnose failures, safely dismantle and repair HV battery systems, restore them to production standards, and ensure quality, safety, and traceability.

Key Responsibility :-

- Lead the overall architecture, technical solution design, and detailed design of

high-voltage electrical systems (e.g., BDU, MSD, high-voltage wiring harness,

pre-charge/main circuit) and low-voltage control systems for lithium-ion

power battery packs (PACK).

- Responsible for designing electrical schematics, wiring harness diagrams

(2D/3D), and electrical component layout drawings, as well as completing

component selection, calculations, and design specification development.

- Lead or participate in DFMEA analysis for PACK electrical systems and drive





design optimization and iteration.

Customer Engagement and solution support:-

- Serve as the technical interface to directly engage with customers, deeply

understand and translate customer electrical requirements and technical

specifications (e.g., vehicle electrical interfaces, communication protocols

functional safety requirements).

- Present technical solutions, project progress, and provide professional

solutions and recommendations to customers, maintaining strong technical

relationships.

Cross-Department Collaboration and Validation:

- Work closely with BMS, structural, thermal management, and process teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical design with other subsystems.
- Lead or support testing and validation of PACK electrical systems (e.g.electrical performance, insulation, EMC, functional safety) and rapidly troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve major electrical system-level issues during trial production and mass production.

Process and Documentation:

- Follow product development processes to complete and archive design documents, BOMs, technical reports, and other deliverables.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering.

· 7-10 years experience in EV battery, automotive electronics, or power electronics repair/quality.

· Solid knowledge of Lithium-ion battery packs, BMS, CAN, HV safety.

· Experience leading repair or service engineering teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
