Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager to join our marketing agency. The candidate will be responsible for managing social media accounts for the company and its clients, planning content strategies, increasing audience engagement, and improving brand awareness across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a valuable understanding of social media trends, content planning, and digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop monthly social media content calendars and plan regular posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
- Coordinate with content writers and graphic designers to create engaging and brand-focused content.
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, competitors, and audience preferences to improve content performance.
- Schedule and publish posts consistently according to the content calendar.
- Increase followers, reach, engagement, and brand awareness through organic social media strategies.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions and ensure timely responses.




- Track social media performance using insights and analytics, and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team to execute campaigns and meet client objectives.
- Ensure that all content follows brand guidelines and is published within deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Understanding of content strategy, social media algorithms, engagement, and audience growth.
- Experience in content planning, post scheduling, and social media analytics.
- Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, and social media scheduling tools.
- Good communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
