Role Description The Sales Staff role at M.S. Trading Co. is a full-time, on-site position based in Kanpur. The Sales Staff will engage with existing and potential customers, present product offerings, answer inquiries,



and support clients in selecting suitable solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing leads, following up on inquiries, maintaining accurate sales records, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery. The role involves achieving sales targets, conducting basic market outreach, and participating in promotional activities or client visits as needed. The Sales Staff is expected to maintain professional communication, represent the company’s values, and contribute to a positive customer experience.
