Job Responsibilities
1. Sales & Customer Service
* Drive store sales and achieve monthly targets.
* Ensure excellent customer service and shopping experience.
* Monitor customer walk-ins, conversion rates and sales performance.
* Support the team in handling customer enquiries and resolving concerns.
2. Team Management
* Supervise and guide store staff in their daily activities.
* Assign daily responsibilities and monitor performance.
* Motivate and coach team members to improve productivity.
* Maintain discipline, grooming standards and teamwork.
3. Store Operations
* Ensure smooth daily store operations.
* Maintain store cleanliness, product display and visual merchandising standards.
* Monitor inventory, stock availability and product quality.
* Ensure proper handling of rental bookings, alterations, deliveries and returns.
* Follow company SOPs and operational guidelines.
4. Reporting & Coordination
* Track daily sales, targets and key performance indicators.
* Maintain accurate store records and reports.
* Coordinate with the Store Manager and other departments.
* Take responsibility for store operations in the Store Manager’s absence, within assigned authority.
Candidate Requirements
* Education: Any degree preferred.
* Experience: 2+ years in retail sales or store operations preferred.
* Experience in fashion, apparel, menswear or organised retail will be an advantage.
* Previous team-handling or supervisory experience is preferred.
* Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
* Leadership ability, problem-solving skills and a sales-oriented mindset.
* Willingness to take ownership of store performance.
