About the Role
We are looking for an experienced QS Manager to lead quantity surveying and commercial management for luxury residential projects. The Quantity Surveyor supports cost control and procurement by preparing accurate bills of quantities, cost estimates, and measurement verification for projects.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed bills of quantities (BoQs) from architectural and engineering
drawings
Verify measurements and quantities from contractor bills
Track material quantities against procurement and site usage
Support in preparing cost comparison statements for procurement decisions
Manage the tendering process, including preparation of tender documents,
contractor prequalification, bid analysis, negotiations, and recommendation of
vendors/contractors.
