We are looking for an ambitious, fully committed, and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager who thrives in a quick-paced startup environment and is passionate about driving real business results.

Role Overview

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you won't just manage strategy—you will roll up your sleeves and execute campaign creation, content strategy, SEO, paid media, and complete website development. This is a 100% hands-on role perfect for an experienced strategist who loves building digital assets and scaling brand identity from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

- Website Design & Development: Hands-on design, building, and management of business websites (WordPress / CMS).
- Business development, lead generation and onboarding of customers.
- Search Engine & GBP Optimization: Optimize Google Business Profiles (GBP), drive local SEO strategies, and track performance rankings.
- Social media & Content Strategy: Plan, create, and manage multi-platform campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Paid Campaigns & Lead Generation: Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) focused on high-ROI lead generation.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate weekly and monthly analytics reports for clients to demonstrate clear growth and campaign ROI.




- Client & Team Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to execute marketing goals and manage client communications efficiently.

Key Requirements

- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on, end-to-end digital marketing, business development and website creation experience.
- Location: Must be based in Pune or actively willing to relocate to Pune (On-site requirement).
- Technical & Marketing Skills:
- Proficient in Website Development (WordPress/CMS, layout, optimization).
- B2B development. Excellent communication and client servicing skills.
- Proven expertise in GBP optimization, SEO, AEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Strong graphic design/content creation coordination skills.
- Mindset: Startup ready—high energy, self-driven, highly accountable, passionate, and result-oriented.
