A Mechatronics Engineer designs, builds, and maintains smart electro-mechanical systems by combining mechanical engineering, electronics, computer science, and control theory.

Key Responsibilities

- Design & Modeling: Create 3D CAD models, schematics, and energetic system simulations using tools like SolidWorks, Fusion 360, MATLAB, or Simulink.
- Hardware & Software Integration: Interface sensors, actuators, and servo drives with microcontrollers, PLCs, or embedded processors.
- Control Systems: Develop, tune, and validate control algorithms (such as PID and motion control).
- Prototyping & Testing: Build physical prototypes, conduct stress or leak tests, and run root-cause analysis on electro-mechanical failures.
- Optimization & AI: Implement data-driven updates, predictive maintenance,



or AI/ML-based diagnostic tools into automation workflows

Job Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, Fusion 360)
- Programming in C/C++, Python, MATLAB, or Simulink
- Experience with communication protocols (UART, I2C, SPI, CAN)
- Knowledge of sensors, actuators, and circuit troubleshooting (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
